Job Title: Italian Chef de Partie

Department: Operations

Reporting To: Branch Manager

Location: Manama, Bahrain

Applicants must reside in Bahrain, possess relevant experience and skills, and answer all pre-screening questions to be considered for this role.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to, following service standards as trained, preparing and cooking all menu items, carefully following set recipes, presentation and guidelines, completing allocated daily/weekly cleaning duties, kitchen opening duties, preparing daily mise en place, maintaining proper food storage and highlighting any stock issues.

Applicants must posses a thorough knowledge of dishes and recipes, and participate in all requested trainings.

Maintaining excellent grooming and personal hygiene is imperative, along with an attentive, polite and helpful attitude towards all customers and colleagues.
