Position Overview
Only Good Italy LLC (Branch) is seeking a detail-oriented and culturally knowledgeable Italian Products Coordinator to manage and promote our portfolio of authentic Italian goods in the Doha market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Italian products, supply chain coordination, and a passion for delivering high-quality items to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the sourcing and procurement of Italian products, ensuring authenticity and quality standards are met
• Maintain relationships with Italian suppliers and vendors, including negotiating terms and monitoring shipments
• Oversee import documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with Qatar regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote Italian products effectively in the local market
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends
• Ensure proper product labeling, pricing, and presentation in line with brand standards
• Handle product-related inquiries and provide support to clients and internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Italian products (food, beverages, or lifestyle goods preferred)
• Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are highly desirable
• Experience in import/export, logistics, or product coordination is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
