Italian Sales Agent

Positions: SALES AGENT (German Speaker)

About the position:

Salary: 4.5 Euros per hour

Benefits: 180 Euros additional per month

Commission/bonus: 1.2 percent of the amount of goods sold and paid

for by the client

Payment: 2 times per month (17-19 of each month payment for the first 15 days of the current

month, 10-12 salary (payment for the last 15-16 days of the previous month and payment of

bonuses for the previous month)

Ways of salary payments: cryptowallet, wise, currency cards or bank.

Location: Remote - Anywhere in the world

Work schedule:

● 5 working days (2 days off per week according to shift)

● Shifts:

11:00 am - 08:00 pm UK Time zone

12:00 am - 09:00 pm UK Time zone,

Vacation: 20 working days per year

Sick leave: 10 working days per year

Hiring contract: Internal Contract

Academic education: No preference

Time Experience: Fresh are welcome

Languages: German (fluent B2-C1)

Knowledge: Candidates should preferably have sales and call center experience. However, if the candidate has no experience but instead has a strong desire to learn and work in sales, we will teach him.

The candidate must have:

Wired Internet (not via Wi-Fi, speed from 60 Mbits, Ping less than 200) or MOBILE internet 5G

(speed from 60 Mbits, Ping less 200), PC headset, laptop or computer

Responsibilities:

● Calls to a "warm" customer base

● Selling goods for health (vitamins, biologically active supplements) to customers

according to the provided scripts.

● Correct completion of the CRM.

● Soft skills: Candidates must, in any case, have good communication skills, be

stress-resistant, result-oriented, and sales-motivated.

Additionally:

● The candidate has training for the first five days after starting work, these days are

paid at the rate of 30 euros per day (provided that the candidate successfully passes the

test after training and continues working).

● After three months of work, subject to average or high sales figures, the candidate has

additional benefits:

1. Payment/partial payment for learning a foreign language (15-100 euros per month)

2. A gift for the anniversary of work (the value of the gift is 30-70 euros, depending on the

length of work)

3. Compensation to choose one of 6 options monthly (50-100 euros depending on the

results of work and the length of work in the company)

● payment of the bill for medicines/doctors,

● coverage of expenses for restaurants/bars/cafes,

● coverage of the gym/swimming pool,

● coverage of tickets to the cinema/theaters/museums/shows/concerts

● coverage of expenses for the Internet/mobile communication/gadgets for the workplace

(wires, mice, headphones, drives.
