We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Italian Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is a native or fluent Italian speaker with strong sales experience, capable of developing client relationships, closing deals, and expanding our presence in Italian and international markets. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural business environment.

As an Italian Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing clients, and promoting our products and services to Italian-speaking and international customers. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations, excellent customer experience, and consistent revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Italian-speaking clients
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in local and international markets
  • Present, promote, and sell company products/services professionally
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and pricing
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and management teams
  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management

Requirements & QualificationsMandatory Requirements

  • Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven sales experience
  • Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills

Sales & Technical Skills

  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Lead generation
  • Client acquisition
  • Sales pipelines
  • Closing techniques
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and reports

Preferred / Plus Points

  • Experience in international sales or GCC market
  • Background in trading, services, technology, e-commerce, or logistics (adaptable)
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Existing client network in Italian or European markets
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
