Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Italian-Speaking Sales Representative to join our team at Medico Clinic.

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with Italian-speaking clients, providing detailed information about our medical services, and guiding them through the consultation and booking process. You will handle inquiries, build and maintain strong client relationships, manage sales activities, and support patients throughout their treatment journey to ensure a high level of satisfaction and trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Present Medico Clinic’s services clearly and professionally
  • Manage consultations, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into bookings
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
  • Support clients before, during, and after their medical journey
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address client needs with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in medical tourism, healthcare, sales, or related fields is an advantage
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications
  • Professional attitude with a strong commitment to client satisfaction
