Italian Speaking Travel Manager

We are seeking an experienced Italian Speaking Travel Team Manager to join a highly successful luxury travel company working remotely (based in the UK only). Our client specializes in multi-day custom itineraries for discerning travellers and offers custom experiences & solutions throughout Italy. This is an exciting role for a manager from a retail travel agent or tour operator seeking a remote role with strong Italy knowledge.

Italian Speaking Travel Team Manager Duties:

• Design exceptional, fully customised itineraries that capture the best of Italy from hidden gems to iconic landmarks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-end clients and travel agents, understanding their needs and delivering beyond expectations.
• Coach, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of travel experts, leading by example and driving performance through positivity and professionalism.
• Oversee complex, multi-day travel arrangements including accommodation, guides, tickets, and exclusive experiences.
• Work with our trusted network of Italian guides and suppliers to develop new products and enhance our travel offerings.
• Ensure seamless coordination between the sales, product, and operations teams to deliver smooth, unforgettable travel experiences.

Italian Speaking Travel Team Manager Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in management within a retail travel agent or tour operator with strong Italy knowledge.
• Fluent in speaking both Italian & English.
• Enthusiasm & passion for providing the best tour experiences in Italy.
• Applicant must be based in the UK.
