THE OPPORTUNITY:
Are you a relationship-building superstar with a knack for sales, technology, and serving others? We’re looking for an enthusiastic person to join our new Enterprise Sales team and become the embodiment of ER2’s values and acquire new logos in the healthcare and education verticals. As a ITAM Solutions Architect - Healthcare, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients feel supported, understood, and delighted with our full IT Asset Management services - while driving business growth in a fun and dynamic environment.
Reports to: This position reports to the Senior Vice President
Compensation: $110K/Yearly Base + Commission
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional hours as business needs require.
Type & Location: Remote/Hybrid role, Eastern region. Ideal locations: TN, FL - Open to other locations within 30 miles of major airport

THE DAY TO DAY:
- Prospecting: Uncover new opportunities daily.
- Client Relationship Management: Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with top commercial clients.
- Needs Assessment and Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Account Retention and Growth: Retain existing base business within assigned accounts. Identify opportunities for growth, additional new hardware and ER2 solutions while developing deep and wide relationships within assigned accounts.
- Internal Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, production, operations, and other internal teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
- Optimize Sales Processes: Use tools, such as AI, to automate lead routing, bundling, and growth; eliminate non-value tasks to focus on the high-impact activities to boost efficiency.
- Monitor Adoption and Initiatives: Track usage of enablement resources, manage program logistics, and adjust based on feedback to ensure sustained impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive revenue growth by aligning enablement strategies with organizational goals, tracking progress against targets, and implementing initiatives to maximize revenue growth solution adoption and cross-selling.
- Ensure quota achievement through regular cadence calls, performance reviews, coaching and data-driven adjustments to sales tactics, fostering accountability and high performance across the commercial team.
- Cultivate a culture mirroring ER2’s vision, mission, and values while mentoring and continuing the development of a high-impact commercial team.
- Monitor your performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support 20 -30% revenue uplift.
- Help align sales enablement strategies with organizational goals, tracking progress against targets, and implementing initiatives to maximize sales growth and cross-selling.
THE VITALS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of complex sales experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience (formal or informal)
- Documented quota achievement - Multiple top 10% finishes
- Strong sales acumen and ability to identify new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills—bonus points for a great sense of humor!
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines like a pro.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to stand in one place for extended periods of time without fatiguing.
- Ability to work and look at a computer screen for extended hours per day.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for consecutive hours.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- The ability to speak/read English fluently.
- Valid Drivers License
- The ability to pass a drug test
- The ability to pass a background screening with no prior convictions related to theft or cybercriminal activity in the past 7 years
