POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direct supervision of the IT Assistant Manager, the position will support all IT activities including software installation, computer repair, network support, ERP support and training. The candidate must be able to learn the manufacturing and ERP systems for FCC (North Carolina). The candidate must comply with all safety rules and regulations. The candidate must be self-motivated. FCC is a diverse and multi-cultural company. The candidate must be able to work with all levels of the organization to insure Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. The candidate must have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The candidate should have some experience with Microsoft Network Server software. The position is first shift. Some overtime is required. Some business travel is required.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• AA, BS, BA Degree with emphasis on Information Technology, or 1 year of IT experience
• Must be computer literate with emphasis on Microsoft Office products, and Microsoft server applications.
• Must demonstrate tact, diplomacy and the ability to work in a Team Environment
