Job Description

We are looking for motivated ITI freshers in Diesel Mechanic / Tractor Mechanic trade to join our service and maintenance team. The candidate will assist in inspection, servicing, maintenance, and repair of diesel engines, tractors, and related systems under supervision.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in servicing and maintenance of diesel engines and tractors
• Diagnose basic mechanical faults with guidance
• Support repair of engine, transmission, brake, steering, and hydraulic systems
• Perform oil changes, filter replacement, and general servicing
• Use hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment
• Maintain job cards and service records
• Follow safety rules and workshop procedures

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of diesel engines and tractor systems
• Understanding of mechanical tools and equipment
• Willingness to learn and take instructions
• Good physical stamina
• Discipline and teamwork
• Basic safety awareness

Preferred Candidate Profile

• ITI passed in Diesel Mechanic / Tractor Mechanic trade
• Freshers are welcome
• Ready to work in field/workshop environment
• Willing to work in shifts if required
