ITSM Developer I

The ITSM Developer I plays a crucial role in supporting and advancing our organization's IT Service Management capabilities. You will be responsible for the configuration and ongoing maintenance of our ITSM platform, with a primary focus on the ServiceNow environment. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions. By building and enhancing workflows, forms, and integrations, you will contribute to the stability, performance, and overall optimization of our enterprise service management.

Compensation

The pay range is $28.50 to $33.50/hr, commensurate with experience

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Service Management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
  • Experience with workflow design and process automation.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Groovy) for platform customization.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

  • Document and maintain accurate records of platform configurations and changes.
  • Stay updated with the latest ITSM trends and technologies to enhance our platform.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on the ITSM platform as needed.
