We are seeking a highly skilled
ITSM / IT Operations Engineer
to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker with deep experience in designing and managing IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks based on ITIL best practices. You will play a key role in aligning IT services with business goals, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage ITSM frameworks in accordance with
ITIL
principles.

Oversee IT service management, including performance, quality, and
service catalog
maintenance.

Support IT governance initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Monitor and manage the execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for technical operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize IT operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience
in ITSM and IT operations.

Strong knowledge of
ITIL frameworks
(certification preferred).

Proven experience in service catalog design, performance management, and quality assurance.

Familiarity with IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) practices.

Ability to document and enforce SOPs for technical processes.

Fluency in
Arabic
(written and spoken) is mandatory.
Preferred:

ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL 4 Foundation or higher).

Experience in similar roles within large enterprises or government sectors.
