ITSM Specialist (Arabic Speaker) -- Government Sector

We are looking for an experienced ITSM Specialist (Arabic Speaker) for Qatar to manage and enhance IT Service Management operations.
Must have 6+ years’ experience in ITSM implementation, ITIL practices, and documentation of procedures.
Experience with ServiceNow/BMC Remedy and work in government or enterprise environments preferred.
Arabic and English proficiency required.
