Registered Nurse (RN) – Expert IV Skills Required (Per Diem)

Mohegan Sun (Uncasville, CT)

RN needed for a high-end wellness and recovery space located inside Mohegan Sun. We deliver physician-directed IV therapy, injectable vitamins, peptides, and advanced weight management services in a luxury, hospitality-driven environment.

We are looking for experienced RNs who are exceptional at starting peripheral IVs and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

Position Type

Per Diem (1099) with potential long-term employee opportunities.

Available Shifts:

• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Shifts will fall within these hours. Weekend availability is required.

What You’ll Do

• Start peripheral IVs with a high level of proficiency (this is the core skill)
• Administer IV infusions, IM, and SQ injections
• Monitor patients throughout treatments and ensure safety
• Deliver a high-end, professional, and personable experience to clients
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical protocols
• Work collaboratively with telehealth providers and clinical leadership

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Connecticut
• Expert-level IV skills (must be able to consistently obtain access on difficult sticks)
• Minimum 2+ years clinical experience (ER, ICU, infusion, or similar preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Professional, polished, and confident bedside manner
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred Experience

• IV therapy / infusion services
• Med spa or concierge medicine
• Experience with peptides, hydration therapy, or wellness services

Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
