• Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and medical history using accurate medical terminology
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient experiences and optimal outcomes
• Uphold all safety standards and hygiene protocols to create a clean, professional environment conducive to healing

Skills

• Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and understanding of physiology and anatomy
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to therapy and skincare treatments
• Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies
• Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa procedures
