IV Sedation General Dentist with Implantology Experience

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist with a valid IV Sedation permit and proven experience in dental implantology. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing a broad range of general dental procedures and will have advanced training in both sedation dentistry and surgical implant placement. We are looking to provide All on X treatment with immediate restoration with Temporary lab designed acrylic provisional cement retained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform surgical placement and restoration of dental implants.
• Administer IV sedation in accordance with state regulations and safety protocols.
• Manage complex dental cases requiring sedation and/or surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
• Collaborate with a team of hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a high standard of patient care.
• Uphold all safety, sterilization, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license (in good standing).
• Valid IV Sedation Permit in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in implant placement (or completion of implantology training/certification).
• CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-focused care.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with full-arch implant cases (All-on-4, overdentures, etc.).
• Proficiency in digital dentistry tools (CBCT, intraoral scanners).
• Experience managing medically complex patients under sedation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $7,500.00 per day

Expected hours: 8 per week
