IV Therapy Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused IV Therapy Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a Medical Assistant or healthcare professional with strong IV therapy and phlebotomy experience who is confident, personable, and thrives in a clinical setting that values both care and patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform IV insertions and administer IV therapies safely and efficiently
• Conduct phlebotomy procedures as needed
• Monitor patients during treatments and respond appropriately to any reactions
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient interactions
• Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
• Provide excellent patient care and education regarding treatments
• Support clinic operations and assist providers as needed

Qualifications

• Active Phlebotomy Certification (required)
• IV Therapy Certification (required)
• Proven experience with IV insertions and venipuncture
• Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Preferred experience in IV therapy clinics, wellness, or integrative medicine
• Preferred sales or client relationship experience (comfortable discussing services and packages with patients)

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
