IVF Clinical Coordinator

You will work closely with physicians, nurses, embryologists, and patients throughout their fertility journey, providing both clinical support and emotional reassurance during some of the most important moments in our patients’ lives.

What You’ll Do

As an IVF Coordinator, you will play an essential role in patient care and clinical operations, including:

  • Supporting patients throughout their fertility treatment journey
  • Coordinating treatment cycles and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Performing phlebotomy and preparing specimens
  • Assisting physicians and nurses with procedures, including:
  • Ultrasounds
  • Egg retrievals
  • Embryo transfers
  • Saline sonograms
  • IUI and IVF procedures
  • Preparing procedure rooms and maintaining clinical flow
  • Providing compassionate patient education and communication
  • Collaborating closely with nursing, physicians, laboratory, and administrative teams
  • Managing EMR documentation and patient communications efficiently and accurately

QualificationsRequired:

  • Medical Assistant, Certified preferred
  • Minimum 1 year fertility clinic experience
  • Minimum 1 year phlebotomy experience
  • Experience with EMR systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Excellent patient care and customer service skills
  • Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

Preferred:

  • Experience in women’s health or reproductive medicine
  • Experience assisting with surgical or procedural care
  • Proficiency with eIVF and Labcorp systems

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, in-office position, possibility of hybrid in 6 months
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Occasional weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule
  • Overtime eligible
