Position: Lab Technician

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)

Qualification: DMLT / BMLT / MLT / B.Sc Life Science

Job Summary

The IVF Lab Technician supports fertility treatments by handling semen analysis, sample processing, lab maintenance, and documentation while strictly following quality, safety, and confidentiality protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities (IVF Specific)

• Perform semen analysis as per WHO guidelines
• Handle sample collection, labeling, processing & storage
• Assist in sperm preparation techniques (wash, swim-up, DGC)
• Maintain IVF & andrology lab equipment and consumables
• Prepare and monitor culture media, reagents & disposables
• Maintain temperature, humidity & lab environment parameters
• Follow aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
• Maintain accurate lab registers, reports & documentation
• Assist embryologist/doctor during procedures when required
• Ensure proper biomedical waste disposal
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Skills Required

• Knowledge of IVF lab procedures
• Sample handling & laboratory techniques
• Equipment handling & basic troubleshooting
• Documentation & attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge (LIS/HIS)
• Good coordination & communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
