IVF Sales Head (Bangalore)

The IVF Sales Head is responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with fertility clinics and doctors, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets in the IVF and fertility segment.

• Develop and implement sales strategies for IVF products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IVF clinics, hospitals, and key doctors
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of Sales experience, preferably in IVF, healthcare or pharma.
• Should have Good Contacts with Gynaecologist / FRM Doctors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of the IVF/fertility market
• Willingness to travel as required
