We are seeking an experienced Senior IVR Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Cisco CVP and Java/J2EE . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting IVR applications while maintaining and enhancing existing ICM applications.

• Design, develop, and implement Cisco CVP & ICM IVR scripts .
• Create new call flows and modify existing scripts as needed.
• Work on call control , multimedia contact centers , skill group & agent mapping , and IVR scripting .
• Integrate IVR solutions with backend systems using REST/SOAP APIs .
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for existing ICM applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and performance optimization of IVR applications.

• Cisco CVP (Customer Voice Portal) & ICM IVR scripting
• Strong knowledge of Java , J2EE , and Web Development
• Proficiency in VXML, SSML, XML, JavaScript, REST APIs , and Database Integration
• Solid understanding of portal and database architectures
• Experience in application support, debugging, and troubleshooting

• 6+ years of proven experience as an IVR Developer or similar role
• Strong background in Java and modern web technologies
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
