Jail Release Coordinator

We’re hiring a full-time and part-time Jail Release Coordinators to join our Fort Worth office, where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in clients’ lives. Jail Release Coordinator Role/Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)

• Assessing the needs of prospective clients and linking them to the appropriate resources.
• Assist prospective clients via phone, and email with questions and concerns.
• Act as liaison between court, bond company and the firm.
• Enter prospective clients into the case management system and maintain file.
• Collect/request, review, organize, identify key/important information.
• Review all applicable rules and practice standards to ensure compliance.
• Ensure appointments are calendared.
• Help with phone and reception duties as needed.
• Overtime hours are available.

Requirements of the Jail Release Coordinator:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required.
• 1 year of court, bond, and/or legal experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelors, or Associates degree is preferred but not required.

• 
  Training is provided.

The pay range for this role is:
