Pay

Tipped hourly position (base rate + pooled tips)

• Base hourly rate is below standard minimum wage in accordance with tipped employee guidelines
• With tips, team members consistently earn above minimum wage, often exceeding it by a meaningful margin
• Typical total earnings: $15–$18/hour with tips

What You’ll Do

• Prepare smoothies, bowls, and juices quickly and accurately
• Deliver friendly, efficient, high-energy service to every guest
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized store at all times
• Work across all stations (register, prep, blending, cleaning)
• Follow direction from the Manager on Duty with urgency and accuracy

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Food Handler Certification (can obtain after hire)
• Non-slip shoes

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods
• Lifting up to 40 lbs
• Frequent movement (bending, reaching, scooping, cleaning)
• Exposure to food products including dairy, fruit, and nuts
