Janitor

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment within the facility. This role involves routine cleaning tasks, light maintenance, and ensuring that all building areas meet health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors in hallways, offices, restrooms, and common areas

• 
  Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms

• 
  Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly

• 
  Dust and wipe surfaces, windows, and furniture

• 
  Clean entrances, lobbies, and high-traffic areas throughout the day as needed

• 
  Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, or vacuum

• 
  Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisor of low inventory

• 
  Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or damages

• 
  Lock and unlock building entrances as required

• 
  Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals
