Janitor

City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Janitor to join our expanding team!

For over two and a half decades, City Wide has been an industry leader in providing reliable, first-class maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day upkeep for commercial properties throughout the Western United States.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of making sure the exterior of the facilities is neat and presentable to the public
• Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
• Removing trash and debris
• Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
• Windowsill cleaning
• De-webbing of buildings and doorways
• Restroom care (if applicable at assigned property)
• Maintaining storage areas in a neat, clean manner
• Reporting illegal dumping, graffiti or other property issues to supervisor
• Other tasks as assigned by management
• Adhering to all safety rules and procedures

Qualifications

• Able to handle extensive walking across properties and work outdoors year round in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, wind, etc.), with or without reasonable accommodation.
• This role often requires working independently, being self-sufficient, and demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Job duties may include moving or lifting supplies weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.90 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
