Janitor

PART TIME JANITOR

LOCATION: DETROIT

Job Function:

As a janitor you’ll work as part of a dedicated team cleaning commercial properties. Our janitors complete various cleaning related tasks as part of their day-to-day duties.

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 7pm - 11pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Cleaning Restrooms
• Vacuum, sweep and mop
• Collect trash
• Wipe surfaces
• Other various cleaning related tasks

Minimum Qualifications :

• 
  Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Reliability and strong attendance record
• Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset

Optional Qualifications:

• 
  Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience
• Experience using industrial cleaning equipment (floor buffers, auto-scrubbers, carpet cleaners)

Physical Requirements:

• 
  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach frequently
• Ability to climb ladders or step stools when necessary
• Ability to perform repetitive motions such as sweeping, mopping, wiping, and vacuuming
