Janitor Lead- State

SUMMARY:
Understands the Scope of Work/Performance Work Statement and trains janitors per the assigned contract. Fulfill contractual requirements by maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility for clients, employees, staff, and the public, minimizing property damage, loss, and liability exposure. Supervise and train other janitors. Work will be accomplished in a safe and productive manner, following all OSHA standards. Work generally performed during the day and evening to meet Government Contract Specifications.

Education and/or Experience: Requires high school diploma/GED or equivalent AND one (1) year of janitorial experience.

Screenings: A background screening will be completed as a condition of employment.
