Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning laudry rooms, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate techniques such as sweeping, moppin, and vacuuming.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, fixtures, and furniture to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance.
• Conduct routine custodial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces.
• Assist with light maintenance duties like minor repairs or reporting larger issues to facilities management.
• Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment.
• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail while maintaining efficiency.
