Janitor/Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of windows inside and out
• Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and other floor care procedures to ensure a professional appearance.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break areas according to health standards.
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleaning of large equipment or specialized surfaces.
• Assist with custodial duties related to facilities maintenance such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs including moving commercial waste contaiers
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or hazards.
• Use commercial cleaning equipment efficiently and maintain supplies inventory for ongoing operations.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing is highly desirable.
• Experience with industrial cleaning processes or facilities maintenance will be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures ensures safe work practices.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
