Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques such as buffing and floor care.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure a bright and inviting atmosphere.
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks including deep cleaning of machinery or equipment when necessary.
• Restock supplies such as paper products, hand sanitizers, and cleaning materials to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks like minor repairs or painting to support overall facilities upkeep.
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards.
• Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning methods.
• Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness standards.
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout shifts.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
