Janitor/Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, common areas, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance.
• Handle custodial responsibilities including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces.
• Support industrial cleaning projects when needed, including deep cleaning of large equipment or specialized areas.
• Maintain cleanliness standards by following established procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
• Keep detailed records of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and custodial equipment operation.
• Experience with industrial cleaning tasks and facilities maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thoroughness in all duties.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
