Janitor/Groundskeeper

Position Overview

The Janitor/Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining Zutat's facility inside and outside. Clean environments are safe and morale-boosting, and this role is crucial for promoting both team safety and morale!

Core Responsibilities

• Consistently execute on cleaning schedule
• Operate a scissors lift
• Operate a Zamboni machine
• Operate a lawnmower and basic outdoor equipment
• Clean floors, dust I-beams, tin, and stationary equipment
• Pick up trash and maintain a neat appearance outside the plant
• Complete any other tasks as directed by managers

Time Expectations

• 2:00-10:00 pm Monday through Friday. However, there may be times when the work load is heavier.

Target Compensation

• $16/hour base pay
• Overtime at 1.5 X rate of base pay
