We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Janitor / Facility Support Technician to maintain cleanliness and organization across both our office and cement yard operations. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment for staff and visitors. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Office Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated office spaces
• Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials
• Remove trash and ensure proper waste disposal
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment daily

Yard Cleaning & Support

• Perform general cleanup of cement yard areas, including debris removal and organization
• Sweep and maintain walkways, work areas, and designated zones
• Assist with keeping yard equipment and workspaces clean and orderly
• Support yard operations with light labor tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation (required to travel between two separate yard locations)
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to dust, weather, and industrial conditions
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Prior janitorial, labor, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance

Work hours are typically 7A-4P but may fluctuate depending on work needs. Duties are split between the yards - one in Shreveport and one in Bossier - both easily accessible from I20.
