Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of janitorial staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Assign duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and specialized custodial tasks according to priority and schedule
• Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensure proper usage and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance, supply needs, or operational issues

Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial work or custodial services within commercial or hospitality settings
• Supervising or leadership experience in cleaning teams or housekeeping management preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including specialized custodial tasks
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and high-quality service delivery
• Ability to follow safety guidelines rigorously and maintain a safe working environment
• Must own your own reliable vehicle with insurance coverage as well as a valid drivers license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug/alcohol screening.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
