Duties and Responsibilities

1. Performs general, routine custodial duties, to include cleaning the interior of buildings. 2. Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones 3. Performs routine maintenance to custodial equipment and supplies. 4. Empties trash receptacles, disposes trash into compactors and/or dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal. 5. Performs cleaning functions specific to the assigned facilities and/or based on seasonal/project requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
• Janitorial experience of minimum (1) year is required.
• Must speak fluent english.

Physical Demands

• Considerable physical activity; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job.
• Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.

Qualifications / Skills

• Ability to understand verbal instructions.
