Janitorial Supervisor

Overview
The Janitorial Supervisor oversees daily cleaning operations, ensuring that buildings and facilities are properly maintained, cleaned, and secured. This position is responsible for supervising janitorial staff, scheduling, inspecting work areas, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Duties

• · Supervise, train, and support janitorial staff to ensure assigned duties are completed efficiently and effectively.

· Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback or corrective action as needed.

· Conduct regular inspections of buildings, restrooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.

· Maintain cleaning supply inventory; request additional supplies as needed.

· Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed at all times.

· Report maintenance or repair issues to management promptly.

· Ensure all equipment is used properly and safely stored.

· Prepare schedules, track employee attendance, and verify time records.

· Communicate with management regarding staff performance, issues, or concerns.

· Ensure all doors are locked and secured after cleaning is completed.

· Perform cleaning duties as necessary to support team needs.

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

· Provide weekly updates to management

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
