Overview

Beach Janitorial Services is seeking a dependable and professional Daytime Building Inspector to visit and inspect commercial buildings throughout the Charleston area. This role helps ensure our clients receive the high-quality service our company is known for.

The position involves traveling between bank branches and office buildings to perform cleaning quality inspections, interact with branch staff when necessary, and report findings back to company management.

Schedule

Monday / Wednesday / Friday
Between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Exact hours may vary slightly depending on route and number of locations)

Compensation

$300.00 twice per month (paid on the 5th and 20th) via Direct Deposit

A company gas card will also be provided to help offset fuel costs while traveling between locations.

This is a 1099 Contract – Part-Time position

Duties

• Visit assigned bank branches and commercial buildings
• Conduct cleaning quality inspections
• Take photos and submit inspection reports to management
• Communicate professionally with branch staff when needed
• Identify issues or missed cleaning tasks
• Ensure company service standards are being maintained
• Travel between multiple locations throughout the Charleston area
• HEAVY TRAVEL MAY BE REQUIRED, SO YOU MUST HAVE A CAR AND BE FLEXIBLE TO CHANGING SCHEDULES

Requirements

• Reliable transportation (travel between locations required)
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Smartphone capable of taking photos and submitting reports
• Prior janitorial or facility experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $600.00 per month
