Janitorial Worker

Overview
It's a new year so if one of your resolutions is to spend less time watching TV and to make a little extra money this is the perfect job for you!

What you’ll do

• Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling processes to maintain a tidy environment.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure consistency in service.
• Collaborate with other cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness across the facility.

Basic qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening hours.
• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Car and license are required

Preferred qualifications

• Previous custodial experience is highly desirable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week

Work Location: In person
