Janitorial Worker

We are hiring for a day porter for this location. The hours are from 8-5 Monday-Friday so the candidate will be paid for 40 hours each week.

This is a 1099 position, so no taxes are taken out. You will get a statement for your taxes at the end of the year. You will be paid twice monthly directly to your bank account on the 1st and 15th of each month.

You must be able to pass a background check and drug screening before starting work. You must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Summary

As a Janitorial Worker, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our facilities. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will utilize your janitorial and custodial experience to perform various cleaning tasks, including floor care and commercial cleaning. Your core skills will ensure that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. Tasks include, but not limited to trash removal, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and disinfecting the restrooms. Checking the restrooms, for cleanliness, and restocking several times a day is a must. Maintaining the outside of the building around the entrance is also a requirement. Additionally, your relevant skills in industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance will enhance our operational efficiency.
