Janitorial Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various banks in the Raceland area. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will ensure that all spaces are hygienic, well-maintained, and visually appealing. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial, custodial, experience to contribute to a positive environment for staff, clients, and visitors alike. Work days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Clean starts after 5pm on weekdays and any time Sunday. Cleans only take 45 minutes to an hour. Pay is $125 per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping and mopping to maintain a pristine appearance
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, fixtures, and other surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment for everyone
• Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash liners to ensure continuous availability of essentials

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
