Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Conduct routine custodial duties such as dusting, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface cleaning across multiple areas.
• Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities.
• Collaborate with team members to complete scheduled cleaning routines efficiently and thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including floor care and general sanitation practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
