Janitor/Maintenance- RideNow Concord

RideNow Powersports Concord is looking for a reliable and motivated Janitor/Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the safe movement and organization of units on our lot—so the ability to confidently ride and handle a variety of powersports vehicles is a must!

What You'll Do:

• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment throughout the dealership
• Perform regular bathroom cleaning and maintenance to ensure they're always stocked, fresh, and spotless
• Wash interior and exterior windows to keep our showroom bright and inviting
• Pick up and tidy the parking lot, removing debris and keeping the grounds presentable
• Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming across all dealership areas
• Keep administrative offices neat, dust‑free, and organized
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the building and dispose of waste properly
• Assist with other general cleaning duties as needed to support daily operations
  

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units (including manual transmission)
  
• Valid driver's license required, motorcycle endorsement preferred
  
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  
• Strong attention to detail and safety
  
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
  
• Previous lot porter, detailer, or inventory support experience preferred
  
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the shift
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
