About the Role:

The Content Analyst role for the Google Search Quality (GSQ) Project is a high-performing content expert responsible for assessing content alignment with partner-generated guidelines. This role combines the focused discipline of a curator with the judgment and precision of an experienced content reviewer, ensuring timely, accurate, and context-aware outputs. Super Raters must be able to retain focus, prioritize effectively, and make rating decisions under timed task intervals. This means that all activity is done under a specific time frame and on a timer. Equally important is the Super Rater's role in refining processes and supporting peers, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Education:

• Master’s degree - Preferred in English, Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, Psychology, or a related field

Required Qualifications:

• Operating tasks within a specific timeframe and on a system-generated timer.
• Operating in high-volume environments, the ability to manage stress and maintain composure
• Ability to balance speed with quality in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong written communication, documentation, and critical analysis skills
• High degree of self-motivation, professionalism, and emotional resilience
• Comfort with ambiguity, complex instructions, and evolving workflows
• Ability to adapt to the swift changes to project policies
• Proficiency in using computer resources and a deep understanding of browser search strategies

Preferred Experience:

• Prior roles as a Curator, Rater, Annotator, Editor, or Quality Reviewer
• Preferred success in a high-volume, time-bound content or rating role
• Experience with AI/LLM evaluation, content moderation, or data labeling platforms
• Familiarity with QA and tracking tools

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
