We are looking for a talented and responsible Japanese Customer Support Executive, to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Skills: A solid technical background, including experience in troubleshooting technical issues and familiarity with e-commerce.
- Utilize excellent Excel skills, including pivot, vlookup, and reporting, to assist in data analysis and reporting.
- Provide timely and effective customer support through tickets and chats.
- Proficiently use customer support tools such as Zendesk, LiveChat, Line, and other relevant platforms for navigation and testing.
- Analyze and resolve technical problems related to client products by investigating potential solutions using strong troubleshooting skills.
- Communicate fluently in both written and spoken Italian and Spanish.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills by understanding and addressing customer issues and concerns.
- Maintain excellent documentation practices.
- Be dedicated and proactive in learning product knowledge to assist the team effectively.
- Adapt to new products and technologies.
- Thrive in an environment characterized by continual change and flexibility in working hours, including night shifts and weekends.
- Exhibit outstanding written communication and customer handling skills.
- Possess strong listening and multitasking capabilities.
- Showcase good organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Work well under pressure and adapt to inevitable changes in the workplace.
- Handle demanding customers professionally and with empathy

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Customer Support Experience.
- Working knowledge in Excel, pivot, vlookup, and reporting.
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
- Experience with Zendesk, LiveChat, Line, and other customer support tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proactive and eager to learn new products and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
