Responsibilities
Request Title: IT Helpdesk Technician
Pay Rate: $32.8/hr on C2C, $25-29/hr on W2
Desired Start Date: 7/1
Work Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid, Local Only)
Description:
Work Location: Must be able to work onsite in the Houston, TX office 3-4 days per week.
The IT Helpdesk Tech will be providing Tier 1 phone support for corporate business users focusing on PC’s, mobile devices, and generic apps / MS Office. Must be able to work onsite in the Houston, TX office 3-4 days per week. Bilingual English/Japanese skills or experience working for a Japanese company are a plus, but not a requirement.
Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
