Japanese Sales Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Japanese Speaker – Sales Representative

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct sales presentations and client meetings
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in any sales field
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• UAE market experience is an added advantage
