Prepares and performs live Teppanyaki experiences with Sensational skill, flair, and precision, captivating Guests with Every Movement.

Executes authentic Japanese culinary techniques, ensuring every dish is Elevated to FIVE-Styled perfection in taste, presentation, and quality.

Brings the theatre of Teppanyaki dining to life by engaging, entertaining, and energising Guests through Bold performance and personality.

Collaborates with the Executive Chef to Curate and Refine menus, introducing innovative creations while Preserving the artistry and authenticity of Japanese cuisine.

Maintains pristine mise en place, equipment, and workstations, ensuring Premium hygiene and compliance with HACCP and FIVE s operational excellence standards.

Mentors and inspires junior FIVERs in Teppanyaki craftsmanship, sharing Techniques and Presentation finesse to Elevate team performance.

Coordinates seamlessly with Service and Culinary Teams to deliver Unforgettable dining moments, ensuring each Guest experience embodies the buzzing Vibe at FIVE.
