Java AI Engineer (Junior)

We are looking for a Junior Java AI Engineer to support the development of AI-powered tools and automation frameworks. This role involves working with Java, AI agents, and CI/CD pipelines to improve developer productivity and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and frameworks
• Assist in building AI-powered tools and automation workflows
• Support development of AI agents for code analysis, testing, and CI/CD
• Work with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines
• Help design and execute performance and resiliency testing
• Collaborate with teams on microservices and distributed systems

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate experience in Java development
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions preferred)
• Knowledge of software testing and performance concepts
• Exposure to AI/LLMs or automation tools is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IntelliJ or similar IDEs
• Basic understanding of AI tools like GitHub Copilot or LLMs
• Interest in developer productivity tools and automation

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
