Java Backend Developer (5–8 Years)

Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days from office)

Locations: Gurugram / Noida / Bangalore

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

BGV: Ready & willing to share all required documents

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Order Management, Execution Management, or Trading Systems within the financial domain.

Must Have Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Java (Java 8+)

Strong Core Java knowledge (Multithreading, Concurrency, Collections)

Experience in Order Management / Execution Management / Trading Systems

Exposure to financial markets and trading systems

Experience building high-throughput, fault-tolerant distributed systems

Strong hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, Maven, JUnit

Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (Cassandra preferred)

Experience working with Microservices / SOA architecture

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good to Have:

Messaging systems: Kafka / MQ / NATS / AMPS

Caching & coordination tools: Redis / Apache Ignite / Zookeeper

Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes

Frontend exposure: Angular / React / TypeScript

Programming languages: Scala or Python

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent

Additional Details:

Looking for independent contributors who can own requirements end-to-end with minimal handholding

Pay: ₹13,310.24 - ₹85,336.73 per month
