Job Summary
Bluphlux is seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our innovative recruitment platform that leverages advanced Language Models (LLMs) to transform the hiring process. You will work closely with our team of engineers and data scientists to enhance our AI-driven solutions, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge of technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work with outside data sources and APIs.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
