Job Summary
Bluphlux is seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our innovative recruitment platform that leverages advanced Language Models (LLMs) to transform the hiring process. You will work closely with our team of engineers and data scientists to enhance our patented AI algorithm, ensuring it remains at the cutting edge of recruitment technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
